The typical American’s diet, and more particularly the typical teenaged American’s diet, is anything but skin-healthy. In fact, it’s not healthy for any part of the body. Teenagers like to eat what is fast, easy, and socially convenient. This usually translates into meals made up of hamburgers, French fries, pizzas, hot dogs, and sodas. For snacks, they go for the chips and the candy bars.
Your body should get about 30 grams of protein each meal. If you try and get your protein from meat or dairy sources, it could set you back. Meat and dairy products are very high in sodium and fat. Trying to get your protein that way will most likely cause weight gain from the added fat. Fruits and vegetables have at least one gram of protein in them. Chicken, turkey, tuna, eggs, natural peanut butter, are all other sources of protein. If you need to you can fill in a void by taking in a whey protein shake.

I think one of the other challenges, say you do prepare something from the Salidako and now you’ve got this great zucchini pasta and you’re like, man, I just don’t want to have Italian any more?
Many times, yeast infections can be caused by food trapped in the lower bowels. This environment is just begging for a yeast infection to develop. To get rid of this scenario, you need to load up on more fiber. This means eating more green leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, and salads. Life is not just about getting up in the morning, doing the same old stuff all day and then going off to sleep. Instead, listen to some heart warming music, watch a dance performance or go for a drive. Set aside time for daily exercise and relaxation. Do some stretching initially followed by deep breathing for five minutes and then meditation. This goes a long way in relieving mental stress.
