To lose 10 pounds in 16 days is not the easiest thing in the world but it doesn’t need to be that hard as well. It is very doable as long as you’re committed to it.
Sound too good to be true? Well fortunately it is not. The technique is called NLP, or NLP Certification Courses. It is a technique that has been used therapists to help their clients stop smoking for a long time but is just now becoming more mainstream as word of its success is getting out.
As opposed to merely thinking you wish to lose weight, ask yourself the reason why you really want to do it. Obviously this is an activity that is to be completely distinctive to you. For instance, there are few things more inspiring when it concerns medical problems. If you’re overweight, then maybe your knee and hip joints are causing problems as a result of weight. Perhaps you have young kids, and you desire to boost the quality of your life on their behalf. Or, understandably, you would like to prevent the countless possible health concerns that may arise as you become older. I have listed a couple of good examples that could serve as concrete reasons to slim down.
If you are like millions of others, then retaining a high level of motivation can be a genuine challenge. Nearly everybody finds that beginning some kind of program is not the problem. The genuinely tricky part is maintaining that high level of desire and determination. If you are having a truly difficult time, then you may encounter lackluster effort after even 7 days. Obviously, when things start getting a little challenging, it really is your level of desire that could see you through it. You can keep your desire and motivation at greater levels when you have real and concrete goals as explained above.
But you can be one of the lucky ones who give up smoking the easy way and start enjoying the many benefits of a smoke-free life. You do not have to struggle, you do not have to keep trying failed attempt after failed attempt, and you do not have to continue suffering the life of a smoker.
Lots of people collapse completely after their first failed attempt, some of them try again once or twice, then lose hope and then become desperate. The only difference between the people who continue trying until they get what they want and between those who decide to fail is one thing, their perception of their failure. While the first Group think of this failure as a feedback, the second group thinks of it as a failed attempt or as a blocked road.
When writing a goal, be specific about what you want and put a date to it. That might seem scary to some, but it’s important to put a deadline to your goal to create the urgency to make it happen. Without that, the goal will always be out in the future – someday!
Try to visit a train station that the TOC operates out of. Speak to some of the staff at the station and ask them questions about the role they perform. Try to find out as much as possible about the TOC you are applying for. If you get the opportunity, speak to a qualified Train Driver who works for the TOC. You may also decide to telephone the TOCs Human Resources department and ask if you can go along to find out a little bit more about their organisation and what they expect from their employees.
